Today, April 27th is Administrative Professionals Day!! "From sending forms and fixing files, poring through the paper piles. Completing tasks with time to spare, keeping track of what goes where. Placing orders for supplies, staying calm when tensions rise. Typing e-mails and reports, handling crises of all sorts. Taking calls throughout the day, and being great in every way... Thank you!" Happy Administrative Professionals Day!

We have some exciting news in regards to "Laynee's Sole Purpose"!
In collaboration with Caribou JMG, the project has been able to get new sneakers to many students within our district since the program started up in the fall of 2021. A few months ago the project applied for a grant through the State Farm Neighborhood Assist program and have been selected as a finalist.
There are 200 causes that have been selected as finalists out of over 4,000 applicants.
We are now at the step that requires some help from you and our community as we move into the voting round of the selection process. The top 100 causes will receive $25,000.00 which will be huge for us. Receiving this grant will help sustain Laynee's Sole Purpose for many years to come and will help provide shoes to countless students in our community and Aroostook County!
Voting opens on Wednesday 4/27 and closes on Friday 5/6. Each voter is allowed to vote 10 times per day per email address. We hope that you can take some time each day over the next week to vote for our cause! The link to vote is posted below.
