*REMINDER* Pre-K enrollment opens tomorrow for the 25/26 school year!

We are excited to announce that Pre-K enrollment for the upcoming school year will open on April 1st. We invite all interested families to join us for an informational meeting that will take place on April 1st at 6:30 PM in the CCS cafeteria. This meeting for parents and guardians will provide valuable information about the Pre-K program, including curriculum, enrollment procedures, and important dates. We encourage all parents and guardians who are considering Pre-K enrollment to attend this meeting to learn more and have any questions answered. Your involvement is key to ensuring a smooth and successful transition into our Pre-K program.

Help our library meet our goal by supporting our readathon! Our students will track their reading and share their progress with family & friends. Your donation supports our library, plus you’ll inspire our community to read more. You can make a difference—every dollar raised and minute spent reading counts. The link for donations will be live from March 10, 2025 to March 24, 2025. Prizes! 1. The largest number of donations: In a random drawing students could earn a $25 gift card. To be entered, a student must earn at least 1 donation. For every 5 additional donations received, the student's name will be entered into the drawing again. There will be 4 lucky winners. 2. Homeroom Prize: The homeroom that reads the most minutes during this readathon will receive Big Bang Theater tickets; one for each student and teacher. https://rsu39caribou.beanstack.org/fundraiser

As your children may have told you, Author Illustrator Chris Van Dusen visited us at CCS yesterday and spoke with grades 1-4. He was planning to be in today, but unfortunately, Mother Nature was not cooperative. We wanted to pass along that Chris Van Dusen will be at Neighborhood Books in Presque Isle tonight at 5pm for a book signing event for anyone who was not able to make it yesterday.
