The French Honor Society students had an awesome field trip to the Acadian Village in Van Buren last Friday, June 4th. The students helped clean out the barns, visited several buildings and learned more about the Acadians who lived in Northern Maine. They also enjoyed making butter, eating ployes and playing on the old school swings. You can even see a few of them 'playing school' in the old Hamlin one room schoolhouse.
